Recreational programs for beginners

  • Little Stars Ages 4 to 6 year old

    Monday and Wednesday 3:15 pm

    This tennis class introduces children to the sport and helps develop hand-eye coordination, agility, balance, movement, racquet skills, and lots of fun! This class will cover the following strokes: forehand, backhand, and volleys. Basic stroke fundamentals will be taught in a fun, play-based format. All equipment is scaled to the size and ability level of the children.

  • Rising Stars Ages 7 to 9 years old

    Mondays and Wednesdays 4:00 pm

    This class continues developing the physical and technical fundamental skills: agility, balance, hand-eye coordination, running, catching, throwing, and basic stroke fundamentals. It will cover the following strokes: forehand, backhand, volley, and serve. It also develops fundamental racquet and footwork skills and introduces rallying skills. Kids will also enjoy team tennis competitions and games in a fun environment.

  • Green Ball Beginner Ages 10 to 12 years old

    Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00 pm

    This class covers the following strokes: forehand, backhand, volley, and serve. Kids will develop fundamental racquet and footwork skills and rallying skills. Fun drills, games, and team competitions are incorporated into each class to help reinforce stroke fundamentals. Basic tennis knowledge is required.

  • Yellow Ball Beginner Ages 13 and older

    Mondays and Wednesday 6:00 pm

    Focuses on the tactical and mental aspects of tennis. Players will learn to take a more competitive approach to the game by being exposed to situations to enhance their decision-making. Players will also review the fundamentals of stroke production and execution. Must have a beginners knowledge and have participated in tennis lessons prior to join the program

INTERMEDIATE &

ACADEMY TENNIS PROGRAMS

  • Orange Ball Intermediate 7 to 9 years old

    This tennis class introduces children to the sport and helps develop hand-eye coordination, agility, balance, movement, racquet skills, and lots of fun! This class will cover the following strokes: forehand, backhand, and volleys. Intermediate stroke fundamentals will be taught in a fun, play-based format, match play situation and team competition will be included during practice.

    Tuesday & Thrsday 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm

  • Green Ball Intermediate 10 to 12 years old

    This class covers the following strokes: forehand, backhand, volley, and serve. Players will continue to develop racquet and footwork skills and rallying skills., team competitions and match play days are incorporated into this stage to help reinforce stroke fundamentals and match situation. Players must be able to rally and maintain the ball in play, have knowledge of tennis rules, and have participated in any tennis program in the past, at an advanced beginners level

    Equipment: Green Ball, full court, racquets 25 & 26.

    Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm

  • Yellow Ball Intermediate 13 and older

    Improves the tactical and mental aspects of tennis. Players will take a more competitive approach to the game and be exposed to situations that enhance their decision-making. Competitive match play will be part of each class. Players will also review the fundamentals of stroke production and execution. Players must maintain a good rally and have a strong base on the different strokes and service and have participated at an advanced beginners level program

  • Green Ball Academy

    This program is designed for dedicated players searching for a comprehensive training program. Want to improve your tennis level? Prepare for the competition and develop your work ethic, attitude, discipline, and skills.

    Monday, Wednesday & Fridays

    4:00 pm to 5:30 pm

  • Yellow Ball Academy

    This program is designed for dedicated players searching for a comprehensive training program, who are eager to pursue tennis as a primary sport.

    Focus on training for tournaments of intermediate level and varsity competition
