MORNING CLINICS

Our morning clinics take place on Wednesdays and Fridays at Continental Tennis Center

We offer two different levels:

  • Beginners: Start with fundamental skills such as grip, stance, and basic strokes (forehand, backhand, serve). Emphasize rallying and basic game understanding.

  • Intermediate: Build on basic skills and introduce more advanced techniques like topspin, volleys, and footwork. Develop consistency and strategies for singles and doubles play.

Ready to elevate your game? For those intermediate players, with busy schedules that enjoy ending their day with an amazing tennis practice, DETA offers clinics on Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:00 pm
